PAO1 Pyocin Cluster

This part contains the Pyocin cluster from gene prf5-24, with a prf15 (tail fiber gene) knock out. Once activated, this Biobrick will produce a tail-less Pyocin particle that would become active once it connects to a tail fiber protein.
